Manistee County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell court-docket databases or personal case-record files. It provides general routing information for the Manistee County Clerk / Circuit Court Clerk, 85th District Court, Probate Register, and MiCOURT. Michigan court-record access is controlled by MCR 8.119 and related court rules, with eligible records inspected or copied through their responsible court custodian. Michigan FOIA does not govern judicial case records because the judiciary is excluded from its public-body definition.
